Do you have a kindergartener for the 2010-2011 school season?

Most schools require a well child exam in order to register for kindergarten. If your child has not received a well child check in the last year, you are due! Please call our office @ 801.492.4333 to schedule an appointment.

At this check we will be doing:

• Vision screening
• Urinalysis
• Most children will receive immunizations
• Hemoglobin
• Blood Pressure Check
• Blood Work

We do offer kindergarten days on particular days this summer. This makes it especially fun and exciting for your child! Spots are limited! Call us again @ 801.492.4333 to get in on this exciting day!
